  • Use the QR Code feature to include a link in an email campaign, which allows the recipient to scan it using their mobile device. This feature is useful for businesses that want to reach out to prospects on the go.
  • Share files by uploading them directly from Dropbox or Google Drive or by pasting a link to a file hosted elsewhere online. You can also share files from your desktop after downloading them to your computer.

  • Create custom fields in the contact database that you can use to categorize contacts based on certain criteria such as location, department name, job title, etc., so that you can segment your audience effectively for personalized marketing purposes (i.e., send emails containing information about products/services that appeal more to specific segments of your audience than other segments of your audience. For example, if you sell luxury watches and need to reach out to high profile clients around the world who are likely to purchase expensive items such as luxury watches, or if you sell drones and need to reach out to customers who work for companies that manufacture drones in order to sell them drones for their own company’s use, then you can create custom fields for profiles based on location and department name/job title so that you can reach out only to high profile clients/customers in specific countries/locations or only employees in specific departments/segments of companies that manufacture drones around the world or only employees in specific segments of companies that manufacture drones at specific locations around the world (e.g., Eastern Europe. This helps you improve your chances of reaching out to customers who are most likely to purchase products/services offered by your business because they are most likely specialists in a particular field related directly or indirectly with products/services offered by your business (e.g., luxury watches. or because they work for companies that manufacture similar products/services as those offered by your business (e.g., drones. You can also use such custom fields in web forms built with ActiveCampaign so that all the information entered into web forms will be automatically saved into the contact database along with all other information entered about that contact directly into ActiveCampaign (see Step 2 below.
