ServiceNow is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM. platform that helps companies manage their IT infrastructures. The platform provides users with a single place to manage, automate, and streamline their organization’s IT services. Salesforce acquired ServiceNow in 2016.
Cisco® Webex Meetings allows users to connect with other people through audio, video, and desktop sharing. Users can also share documents and presentations. Prior to the acquisition by Salesforce, ServiceNow was one of the product partners for Cisco® Webex Meetings. Their integration provided additional features for Cisco® Webex Meetings, such as being able to add ServiceNow incidents from within the Cisco® Webex Meetings interface. The integration also gave the user the ability to see incident details through Cisco® Webex Meetings while they were meeting with other people. The integration allowed users to add a new endpoint from within a meeting. If a user was having a problem with their connection during a meeting, they could easily add a new endpoint without leaving the Cisco® Webex Meetings interface.
The integration between Cisco® Webex Meetings and ServiceNow provided several benefits to users. One benefit was that it made it easier for the user to add new endpoints without leaving the Cisco® Webex Meetings interface. It also provided additional integration between incidents and meetings.
