Cisco® Webex Meetings is a web-based conferencing spution that provides online meeting capabilities. It allows your employees to connect with each other via video, voice, and content sharing. Once users are connected, they can discuss business matters, access files, and share their screen or desktop. They can also view previous meetings, including recording of the meetings.

CloudTalk?

CloudTalk is an application that is integrated with Cisco® Webex Meetings. CloudTalk enables cplaboration between participants even when they are using different platforms. For example, if one participant is using a Windows operating system, the other participants will be able to see his or her screen. CloudTalk also enables participants to share their screens with cpleagues around the world.

Integration of Cisco® Webex Meetings and CloudTalk

As stated above, CloudTalk is an application that is integrated with Cisco® Webex Meetings. However, there are some limitations when using these two applications in conjunction with each other. One issue is that you cannot choose which meeting participants receive the screen sharing invitation. Instead, all participants in the meeting receive the invitation. Also, when using both applications, participants sometimes have difficulty connecting with each other.

Another issue with Cisco® Webex Meetings and CloudTalk integration is that you cannot transfer files between your computer and the meeting host. This means that participants are unable to send files to the meeting host, nor are they able to download files from the meeting host. Some participants may not realize this issue until they are in the middle of a conversation, so it is best to avoid this limitation altogether by not using both applications at once.
