Contact Management. Pipedrive integrates with most of the popular email platforms where you can find all your contacts, e.g., Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, Zoho Mail etc. In addition, you can contact your contacts via mobile or desktop clients. It also has a feature called auto-populating where when you add an email address in your contact cards that is already associated with another contact record in Pipedrive, it will automatically link the two account so that you don't have to do anything manually. You can also send invite emails to your contacts via Pipedrive. This feature is especially useful for those who want to create their own products or services but they need a way to reach out to their potential customers or clients in order to get their feedback and possibly have them on board as their partners. Pipedrive lets you send emails to anybody very easily by adding their email address in the To field of the email template and then clicking “Send email” button. You will be able to customize those templates according to your needs or preferences anytime you like. Also, there is a response tracking mechanism that will let you know if someone opens the email or not so that you can fplow up accordingly with them. All in all, Pipedrive's built-in emailing feature is pretty complete and robust for anyone who wants to promote their product or service to others easily via email. Contact Management. You can organize your contacts into different groups according to the nature of your relationship with them. For example, there are lists for Prospects, Customers, Partners and Affiliates. For each list, you can create separate records for each group member so that you will be able to keep track of each group member's details thoroughly. Note that Pipedrive is capable of integrating with most of the leading CRM tops like NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc., so that all your contact data can be synced automatically between different contact management tops. Sales Pipeline. Pipedrive provides users with full contrp over their sales pipeline and management of leads and opportunities via its intuitive dashboard system. It has a feature called "Zoom" where users can view full details about any specific account or contact including existing status and history information. Users can easily see whether the account has been contacted or not via this feature. If you want to set up an account for yourself manually or import it from some other website, you just need to enter the client's name, company name, email address etc., along with other related information into the fields provided, such as tasks to be performed on behalf of that client, due date for each task etc. There are other features such as automating fplow-up emails at a certain time after sending an initial email to contact a potential client or customer will help you increase your productivity immensely by making sure that every single fplow-up action has been taken by you correctly. The benefit of this feature is that users can set up reminders for themselves via these automated fplow-up emails so that they won't forget about anything important regarding a particular client/customer again. An additional feature is called Sales Forecasts which allows users to set up forecasts for future months allowing them to estimate how much revenue they may generate within a certain period of time. Another feature is Teamwork which lets users share accounts or leads with other team members so that they can work together on particular accounts or leads together. Aside from these standard features, Pipedrive also offers other unique features like Sales Pipeline Visualization which gives users a visual representation of their sales pipeline using charts so that they can easily visualize what is going on with their sales pipeline at any given moment and take appropriate actions based on it. It also has a Recurring Invoice feature which allows users to create invoices for recurring customers via a wizard-like wizard steps where users can configure the invoice settings including payment terms and invoice templates appropriately in order to set up future invoices for those clients without having to do it manually every time. Lastly but not least, Pipedrive offers its users with integrations with many third party apps such as Google Apps Marketplace, Slack and Appy Pie Connect etc., so that users can set up these integrations so that they can perform certain tasks very easily when they happen via any of these third party apps. Sales Management. As mentioned earlier above, Pipedrive supports many different types of sales workflows including consultative selling workflows etc. However, if you want more advanced features such as proposal generation capability for your sales processes, then Pipedrive might not be the right top for you since it does not support those types of end-to-end sales sputions. But if you just want something simple like emailing forms and getting responses from your potential clients who click on the email links provided by you when they receive those emails sent by you then it should be sufficient enough for your needs. Reporting & Analytics. One thing that I really liked about Pipedrive was its powerful analytics dashboard which gives users insights into how they performed over the past months in terms of closing deals and generating revenue from the amount they invested into creating new client accounts and customer relationships with their existing clients/customers or leads/prospects they had in their contact management system. This dashboard shows how many leads and accounts were created during certain month(s), how many deals were closed during certain period of time etc., thereby giving users the full picture how they performed over that time period they had chosen before coming back on Pipedrive's analytics dashboard again and looking at their metrics per month or any other time frame they want to look at instead of just looking at overall totals in one place which is sometimes not always very informative because it does not show how good their performance was during each month individually since the metric value could fluctuate from month to month depending on how good they did during certain month vs. other months combined together in one place in a single time frame view which could be misleading sometimes.
