CheckMarket is a company that creates and sells custom software for small market’s companies. They have been around since the 80’s, which means they have a lot of experience to share with younger, more modern companies. CheckMarket has created a new program that allows you to use Google Docs as a platform for cplaboration, and it works seamlessly with your existing Google Apps account. This means you can send emails out to your team about important projects, and all of the information will be saved in a Google Docs file. You don’t have to worry about losing any of the information that was being communicated about this project to everyone on the team!
CheckMarket has found a way to incorporate their own software with Google Docs, and it only takes a couple of minutes to set up. A CheckMarket Administrator logs into their own CheckMarket account, and then accesses the Admin tops by clicking on [Admin] > [Google Apps Integration]. After this you will need to click on “Enable Google Docs Integration”. This will give you a couple of options about how you want your Google Docs account set up. You can choose whether or not you want to have the Google Drive opened automatically when users log in, and if you do, you can also choose which fpder you would like opened automatically. You can also choose whether or not you want to require specific users to log in to Google Docs before accessing company documents, or if you would like the login prompt to be turned off altogether. If you choose to turn it off, then anyone who wants to access the documents will have to enter their login credentials before they will be able to access your Google Docs files. You may also choose to leave Google Docs integration turned off entirely if you would rather not allow CheckMarket users to access Google Docs at all.
