To start my article, I will begin with what Chatter and Zoho Connect is. Chatter is a business-oriented social networking top which was launched in 2008 by salesforce.com and it is used by salesforce.com’s customers. It allows users to communicate with cpleagues and share information about their daily activities, such as work tasks, documents, and events through the use of feeds, microblogging, and profiles. Zoho Connect is data integration software which was launched in 2010 by Zoho Corporation and it is used by Zoho Corporation’s customers. It allows users to integrate their data with other applications, such as Chatter.

The next part of my article will be about the integration of Chatter and Zoho Connect. Integration of Chatter and Zoho Connect has many benefits. For example, companies can use Chatter to create a network of relationships with clients and prospects from the company’s web-based platform, view tasks within a project from a single interface, and make better business decisions. In addition, companies can use Zoho Connect to create a relationship between their internal applications and third-party applications such as Salesforce or SugarCRM without requiring any coding skills. Another benefit of integration of Chatter and Zoho Connect is that companies can create a network of relationships with clients and prospects from the company’s web-based platform, view tasks within a project from a single interface, and make better business decisions.
