Once they've found a lead, they can easily connect with the person directly using their email address or phone number. You can see a screenshot of LeadFuze on my Salesforce home page below:This integration allows me to be alerted when contacts in my Salesforce system have changed their contact detail fields (name, address, email address), so I can reach out to them again. It also allows me to manage leads directly from Salesforce. This makes it easy for me to follow up with leads or send them my latest blog posts.     Integration of Chatter and LeadFuze

The first approach I am going to look at involves integrating Chatter with LeadFuze. The concept here is that if you know a contact changes jobs on LinkedIn, then you want to be notified automatically so that you can reach out to him/her again. This functionality could be built as an app that hooks into LeadFuze via the API . The user interface would be as follows:The above screenshot shows all of my contacts from my Salesforce account; however, I can limit the scope of this app by selecting the checkbox next to "Connect with LeadsFuze". In this case, I only want to connect with leads that are stored in my Salesforce account. When I click "Save", it will open up a modal box that asks me to confirm my choice:When I click "Confirm", a new window will pop up asking me to sign into LeadsFuze:It will ask for my credentials and then redirect me back to my Salesforce app. It will then show me all of my leads that are connected with LeadsFuze:

The benefits of this integration are as follows:If you knew when your prospects changed their job on LinkedIn , you could reach them out again immediately (as opposed to waiting for them to come back. This could improve your closing rate! If you knew when your prospects changed their job on LinkedIn , you could potentially also be able to get more information about them (e.g., their new title or what industry they are in. If you integrated Chatter with multiple other tools , you could build an "intelligence dashboard" (similar to how some companies have built intelligence dashboards using tools like Kibana . Users could add or subtract other tools as needed. You could build a "network analysis" tool where you can visualize your network in different ways (e.g., degree centrality . You could provide additional value to your customers by allowing them access to your network of contacts as well!
