We can also set up email notifications so that whenever someone posts an update on chatter we receive an email about it.

Kanban Tool is a project management tool for teams to manage their work processes easier. Its goal is to provide more visibility into how projects are progressing across our teams. Kanban is a Japanese word that means "sign board". This tool is designed for Agile teams. In this tool, there are three columns. "To Do", "In Progress" and "Done". It can be used for both personal projects or company projects. You can create tasks by dragging and dropping cards from left to right column. You can add collaborators by dragging and dropping cards in the "To Do" column to the right box below.
