This information helps pipelinedeals send automated emails (pre-defined template. that encourage customers to register with their own email addresses rather than forwarding their email details through existing channels like sales departments of companies. Whenever there is any change in emails on Salesforce & customers are not registered with their own emails on Salesforce, pipelinedeals tracks the change in emails (which may be spammy. & sends out an SMS/email/phone call (based on customer preferences. requesting customers to confirm their email address on Salesforce before renewing their subscription in Chargebee. This is very effective in reducing churn rates in subscription based businesses. Pipelinedeals tracks the number of customers who have subscribed to your services via credit cards & send this information to Chargebee.
