Chargebee is a cloud-based payment processing service which allows its users to process online payments from their website. The main purpose of Chargebee is to provide merchants with a single interface to manage all aspects of the payment processing, including accounting, invoicing, and subscription billing. Chargebee also provides users with a free 30-day trial of their services.

Users can integrate both Chargebee and Microsoft Excel to process payments with ease. Here are some steps on how to do this:
This is the home screen of Chargebee where you can access all your products, customers, sales, reports, etc. There are different tabs which allow you to access each of these options in an organized manner. For now though, go ahead and click on "Products".
If you scrpl down a little bit more on this page, you will see a section called "Checkout Settings". This is an important part because it allows you to integrate your Chargebee account with Microsoft Excel easily. Just click on "Web Checkout" on this page and you will be taken to this screen:
Once you are on this screen, click on "Add Payment Gateway" in the green bar at the top of the page:
You will then be taken to another page where you can add your first gateway (PayPal. Click on "Continue":
Now you will be taken to yet another page where you can configure your gateway settings for PayPal. Click on "Continue" again:
You will then be taken to yet another screen where you can configure more settings for your gateway. Fill out all the fields that are marked with an asterisk (*. as they are required fields by PayPal and Chargebee. After that, click on "Save":
You will then be taken back to the previous screen where you can add another gateway by clicking on "Add a New Gateway". You don't need to fill out any fields here as there are no additional gateways needed for this integration tutorial:
Now that we have all our information filled out for our PayPal gateway, let's test it out! Click on "Save & Test" at the top of the page:
This brings us to a new screen where we can test our integration with our product and payment gateway settings. Fill out all the fields as shown below and click on "Submit Order":
That's it! You just created your first order using Chargebee and Microsoft Excel! Now just sit back and wait for your payment to come through via PayPal! Your order has been submitted successfully!
