First, it cplects data about your customers and their purchases but fails to mine that data for insights. Second, it does not allow you to send targeted emails to your customers.

    LeadFuze helps overcome these two limitations. First, it mines data about your customers and their purchases and provides you with useful insights so that you can make better decisions about your marketing strategy. Second, it allows you to segment your customers based on their demographics and interests, and send them targeted emails with information related to the niche they have indicated an interest in.     Step 1. Create a list of all the lead providers whose leads you would like to attract through email marketing campaigns. This list should include names of all the contacts at each lead provider whom you would like to reach out to through messaging campaigns and the type of information each contact prefers receiving in his or her inbox – such as videos, images etc. You should also create a campaign template for each provider that contains the name of the provider, form fields for cplecting information about the lead such as contact details, company name etc., and a tailored message from you.

    Step 2. Create a list of all the contacts at your company who would be responsible for creating new campaigns for leads obtained from various lead providers. Each contact will be provided with a list of all the providers who are willing to receive messages from you and their preferred information format besides the campaign template created previously.

    Step 3. Send an email to all the providers (mentioned in Step 1. explaining what you do and how you can help them generate more sales for their business. Make sure that you include some introductory information about your company in this email as well as a link to the campaign template created earlier so that they can fill it up and start receiving messages from you via email. Do not expect them to reply immediately; instead, wait for them to get back to you after reviewing all the information sent by you. If they are interested in working with you, they will fill up this template with their contact information and preferences for receiving messages from you. They may even add any additional information that they wish to add such as website link etc. Once they do this, simply import their details into your LeadFuze account so that you can start sending them customized emails containing relevant information about your company’s products or services.

    Step 4. Create a list of all contacts who regularly purchase products/services from your company and whose information is already stored in your CRM system or use any other method of tracking your best customers. Then create one campaign template for each such contact containing his or her contact information along with the products/services that he or she has purchased from your company. You can then use this campaign template so that you can send personalized emails to each of these customers with offers related to the products or services they have purchased from your company in the past. You can also segment these customers based on demographic factors such as age & gender among others if required. These personalized emails will help you effectively nurture relationships with existing customers and encourage them to make repeat purchases from your company in future.
