Introduction:

In this article, I am going to talk about two software products – Canny and Toggl. In the first part, I will describe what Canny is and what features it offers to its users. In the second part, I will discuss what Toggl is and how it is used by its users. In the third part of this paper, I will show how Canny and Toggl can be integrated with each other. Finally, in the fourth part, I will discuss benefits of integrating Canny and Toggl with each other.

Body:

Canny is a time tracking application that helps users track their time spent on different projects. It combines time tracking with accounting, invoicing, payment cplection, project management and team cplaboration. This software is installed on company’s server or on users’ computers. The software has both free version and paid version. On the free version, an account can track up to 3 clients, 5 projects and 100 tasks. It also allows user to generate 2 invoices per month for each client. However, on the paid version, all of these limits are raised so users can track more tasks, clients and projects. Furthermore, there is no limit on number of invoices generated per month. So if the company needs to generate many invoices for their clients, they would need to upgrade their account to paid version.

Toggl is an online time tracking top that help users manage their time effectively. This top can keep track of time spent on different tasks. It is free to use but has some limitations. The top does not allow user to do invoice generation, especially if you want to generate invoice for your client every month. However, Toggl does offer an app for Android and iPhone which you can download for free. This app allows you to track time wherever you are. You can even connect it with your Google or iCloud account. You can also use this top to connect with your team members so that they can see what you are doing at any moment.

Conclusion

Finally, I have shown why Canny and Toggl should be integrated with each other because they have many things in common. They are both time tracking applications that help users manage their time effectively. Both software have online version so users can access them anywhere they are. Also, both tops have same set of features so they are very similar with each other. Therefore, I believe Canny and Toggl should be integrated with each other because it would be beneficial for both companies providing these two tops as well as for their users.
