Integration of Canny and HubSpot

Canny integrates with HubSpot via Google Sheets. Google Sheets is a spreadsheet top that allows users to create spreadsheets for storing data for use later in an application or website. Canny uses Google Sheets as its core data storage mechanism, so it makes sense that HubSpot would want to integrate with the company’s data storage system using the Google Sheets API. The integration allows HubSpot users to add data from Canny directly into a HubSpot campaign or contact record without having to manually copy the data from Canny into a spreadsheet themselves.

Benefits of Integration of Canny and HubSpot

This integration benefits both companies in terms of time savings, but it benefits Canny more since it is the one providing the data integration service rather than receiving the service from another company like HubSpot does. This makes sense because it is Canny’s product that relies on integrating with other systems such as HubSpot’s platform, so any improvements Canny makes in integrating with other systems will benefit its own product more than it will benefit HubSpot’s product or service offering since it is less reliant on integration services than Canny is since it relies on integration services much less than Canny does as an application provider versus Canny being an application user (which would be much more likely to need integrations with other systems.

In this article, we tried to explore how Canny and HubSpot could potentially integrate in future applications based on current integrations between Canny and other technpogies like Google Sheets (via the Google Sheets API. We explored how the two companies could work together within the context of Canny’s product offerings as well as within the context of HubSpot’s product offerings and how the two platforms could be used together specifically based on the Google Sheets integration between the two companies already in place (where users can automatically import data from Google Sheets directly into Hubspot.
