Step 1. Go to your Zoho People account and log in.

While configuring the options you can give a name to your integration. This will help you to distinguish this integration from others. Also, you can choose the frequency of checks for how often should Zoho People check for new appointments from Calendly.Once you are done with all these settings then save this integration by clicking on “Save Integration”. That’s all! You are now ready to receive notifications from Calendly to Zoho People regarding new appointments for your clients.Step 7. Once you have configured this integration. You can visit your Calendly account and add your clients by logging into their respective accounts. Once you have added them then select the zone where they are located. After this click on the “Update Client Details” button. After you have saved this changes, you can now start using Calendly. All you need to do is just visit your “Calendar” page and choose the zone which you wish to set up an appointment with your client in. Then choose the date and time of your meeting and click on “Start Scheduling” button. This will create an appointment in your calendar in Zoho People and will also send an email to your client regarding the appointment. If your client wants to decline or reschedule the appointment he can do so directly from his email inbox as there is a link in the email which guides him directly to the page where he can do so without having to go through the hassle of logging into his account in Zoho People. This collaboration between Calendly and Zoho People not only helps in saving a lot of time but also improves efficiency as you do not have to go through different portals in order to make an appointment.
