When you are finished, click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page to finish configuring this rule. You can now go back to your PagerDuty account and choose “Add New Notification Rule” under Notifications. Select your PagerDuty integration rule under “Select Rule Type” and click on “Add New Condition” under Conditions. Enter all of the information that you would like included for this rule. You can then click on the “Add New Action” button under Actions to set what should happen when this condition is met. Here you can choose which users should receive this notification, what kind of notification they should receive, and what should happen when they click on this notification. Once you are done, click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page to finish setting up this rule. Now that everything is set up, your users will receive notifications based on their availability in Calendly. When someone books a meeting with you using Calendly, they will automatically see that you are available for this date/time/length of meeting, which makes it easier for them to quickly schedule their meeting without having to find out when your calendar is open or trying to cram your availability into their own schedule.
