• First, you will want to enable your Google Sheets Calendar to allow users to add new events directly from the sheet. Fplow this link to enable the Add Event functionality in your calendar. Once the feature has been activated, you can view the event by clicking on the Events option on the left hand side of your spreadsheet. You can also view all your events by clicking on the View all events button located on the top right hand corner of the page. To edit an existing event, click on the “Edit” button located next to the event name. To delete an event click on the trashcan icon next to the event name. Once you have made changes, click on the Save button located on the top right hand corner of your screen. Note. The Events option must be enabled in order to add or edit events in your calendar.
• Next, you will need to install this Google Sheets Add-on in order to connect Calendly with Google Sheets. This add-on will help you create new events in Google Sheets via Calendly. Click on the Add-ons menu located in the top right corner of your screen. In the Add-ons menu, search for “Calendarize it” and click on the Install button. Once installed, you will see a new button labeled “Add Calendly Event” in your Google Sheets topbar. Click on this button to start creating events in your calendar. In order to connect your Calendly account with your Google Calendar, you will need to visit this page and enter the fplowing information:

Label. Sheet (leave blank)

Secret. Insert your secret code here (Replace Secret Code)

• That’s it! Your Google Sheets calendar should now be connected to Calendly and any new events you create will automatically appear in your calendar within a few minutes!
