For this purpose, all I had to do was just to define the rules.
The task list can also be filtered based on different criteria such as date or time or location. However, the filtering options are limited. There is no way to filter based on person’s name or any other criteria. Another drawback is that I cannot assign tasks to different persons at one go. I can only assign them individually.

It also keeps track of guests that have already confirmed their attendance on the day of the event. It also informs me about whether someone has cancelled his/her reservation on the event day. This has helped me save a lot of time as well as avoid unnecessary emails for confirmation requests and cancellations. Also, it helps me keep track of all my appointments even when I am travelling or staying away from office for some days. This makes it easier for me to manage all my appointments without missing out on any of them.
