The user will be able to pay for your services through their existing ChargeBee accounts without having to enter any payment details again. You can offer this feature by integrating Chargebee with your Calendly account. Here’s how:

Locate the “Integrations” tab in your Calendly account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Integrations”. Enter your email address and password and click “Sign In” Enter your credentials Click “Authorize Access” Select “ChargeBee” as the integration option. Click “Connect”. If you already have a ChargeBee account, you need to sign in to it before proceeding further. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be asked to authorize access for Calendly on ChargeBee. Click “Authorize”. On the right-hand side of the screen, enter a name for the integration in the “Connection Name” field. Click “Save Integration”. You might receive an error saying. “Your request could not be completed because it contains errors”. If you do receive this error, click “Retry” to try again. On the next page, click “Terms & Conditions” and then click “Accept”. At this point, Calendly has successfully integrated with Chargebee. Now that you have provided consent for Calendly to access your data in ChargeBee, you will have to choose which events you would like Calendly to send to Chargebee automatically. For example, if you want to notify Chargebee about every new subscription created in Calendly, choose all four boxes under the Event cpumn (if there are no events that you would like to notify Chargebee about in Calendly, leave all four boxes unchecked. Enter a message in the Message field (optional. Click “Save Settings”. To complete the integration between Calendly and ChargeBee. Choose how you want Confirmations sent (phone call or SMS. by selecting one or both boxes under Confirmation Method. Choose whether or not you want Invoice Reminders sent (by selecting one or both boxes under Invoice Reminders. Choose when Recurring Billing Reminders should be sent (by selecting one or both boxes under Reminder Method. Click “Save Settings”. You can now decide what kind of charges will be automatically charged to users’ accounts at signup by clicking on Subscription Settings in the left-hand menu. Click on the “Charge Type” drop down menu at the top of the page and select “An existing subscription” from the list of options. Select the appropriate subscription from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the page. Then click “Save Settings”. To complete the integration between Calendly and Chargebee. Go back to Settings and then click on General Settings in the left-hand menu. In this section, select the currency that will be used for your charges in Calendly by selecting it from the drop-down menu under Currency Code. You can also decide whether or not to use currency symbps by selecting or unselecting the check box below Currency Symbp Displayed (this option is selected by default. Next, click on Advanced Settings under General Settings. In Advanced Settings, decide whether or not you want charges made from Calendly to appear within Chargebee as individual transactions (by selecting one or both boxes under Show Charges as Transactions), or if you only want charges made from Calendly to appear as a single transaction (by selecting one or both boxes under Show One Transaction Per Calendar Month. You can also decide whether or not you want charge amounts in Chargebee reports to include tax by selecting or unselecting the check box below Include Tax in Charge Amounts (this option is selected by default. Finally, click on Payment Methods under Advanced Settings to choose whether or not you want users to be able to pay through PayPal (by selecting one or both boxes under Include PayPal Payment Gateway), Stripe (by selecting one or both boxes under Include Stripe Payment Gateway), Braintree (by selecting one or both boxes under Include Braintree Payment Gateway. or Authorize.me (by selecting one or both boxes under Include Authorize.me Payment Gateway. Click “Save Settings”. Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Calendly and Chargebee so that users can pay through their accounts on ChargeBee after signing up for services from Calendly!
