Integration of BulkGate and Pipedrive

BulkGate

BulkGate is an automation software for sales teams. It allows you to create custom workflows through a web or mobile application. It uses the API of the email marketing platforms you are already using, including Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Sendgrid, Amazon SES, Constant Contact, Salesforce, SparkPost, SendinBlue, ActiveCampaign, Mailjet and many more.

BulkGate offers many features that makes your life easier as a sales person. For example it’s possible to notify an email address about a new lead, to set up drip campaigns based on behaviour, to schedule emails and send them automatically at specific date/time.

BulkGate helps you to keep track of your prospects and customers. You can do this by creating what they call “groups”. One group can be created for example for all the people who were interested in your product but finally didn’t sign up. Another group could be for all your customers. This way you can easily fplow up with them without having to manually search each one of them.

BulkGate has another nice feature that allows you to send out automatic post-purchase emails to your customers. That way they will know what to expect after their purchase and you will also become more familiar with your customers.

Another great thing about Pipedrive is that it integrates with most email marketing platforms so you can manage everything under one platform which makes it very user friendly. If you have a sales team it’s very easy for them to fplow up with their leads as well because they don’t have to login into different websites every time they want to update their prospects or customers information. Pipedrive also allows you to assign tasks to others from within the app as well as create custom fields with custom values for example if you want to note down a client’s birthday or anniversary date or any other important date related to a client or a potential client.

Pipedrive also has a “lead scoring” feature where you can rate your leads based on how likely they are going to convert into a sale.
