Integration of BulkGate and Drip

BulkGate is a web application designed to help you keep track of all your bulk email campaigns. BulkGate allows you to organize all your bulk email campaigns into different fpders, which you can then send out at a later date.

BulkGate?

Bulk Gate is a bulk email management system. You can upload your .eml files or receive them via FTP. Use the Bulk Gate interface to organize them into fpders that are easily managed. Add notes to each campaign so you can remember why you sent it.

Bulk Gate also includes features for scheduling, sending, and tracking e-mails. You can schedule emails for any time in the future, set up scheduled e-mail reminders, and track send progress.

Bulkgate will import your existing e-mail lists with ease. Import them via flat file, CSV or Excel spreadsheet (Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 required. Bulkgate will also import lists from other applications like MailChimp, AWeber, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, GetResponse, iContact, MadMimi, MailPoet, SendinBlue, and many more.

Drip (formerly known as Mailchimp. is an email marketing application that helps businesses with email newsletters and marketing campaigns. Its services include lists of clients, segmentation of clients by interest categories, and personalization of client communications through personalized content. It is used by professional organizations such as publications, universities, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses across all industries. The service has over 7 million users.[1]

Integration of BulkGate and Drip

Bulkgate is an email marketing software that helps people manage their email campaigns. Bulkgate allows the user to create fpders to organize their email campaigns. Users can also add notes to their campaigns so they can remember what they were for. Bulkgate sends out the campaigns once the user schedules the time to send the campaigns. Users can also track the effectiveness of their campaigns by using statistics from Bulkgate’s mailing software. Drip is a newsletter provider that allows users to manage their clients and send out newsletters to their clients. Drip allows users to create segmented groups of clients based on interests and activities. For example, if a user wanted to send a newsletter to all his clients who were going to be going on a trip soon, he could use Drip to create a segmented group consisting of only those clients. This would allow him to send a newsletter that was specific to that trip to those clients without having to send a general newsletter that included information irrelevant to the trip. Drip also allows the user to send out personalized newsletters by using data from databases such as Facebook and Twitter. Drip also sends out daily e-mails that consist of industry news and updates so users can stay up-to-date with what is going on in their industry as well as learn about other industries that might be useful for them in the future. Drip also allows users to create surveys within their newsletters so they can cplect customer feedback from their customers without having to go through a lengthy survey process every time they want customer feedback. Bulkgate and Drip integrate together because they allow a user to schedule sending out a campaign through Bulkgate and then use Drip’s segmentation feature to send customized newsletters to certain groups of people without having to send an entire newsletter. For example, if a user creates a segmented group of people who like skiing and snowboarding and another segmented group of people who only like snowboarding and then sends out a newsletter about ski trips he is putting together for his clients that only contains relevant information for those segments of people because he will know that everyone in those segments will like the information in the newsletter because he created it based on their preferences and interests and didn’t put information in there that might be irrelevant for those segments of people based on those preferences and interests. This integration also allows users to cplect feedback from their customers through surveys because they can now do so through their newsletters instead of having to create a separate website where they create surveys for their customers to take. This integration works well together because it saves time for users as well as making communication with customers much easier. Bulkgate and Drip both have features that allow users to schedule sending out campaigns because both services provide integrations with third party scheduling software such as Google Calendar and Yahoo Calendar. This ability for users to schedule sending out campaigns makes communication with clients much easier because users don’t have to put off sending out campaigns until later in the day when they have time or can’t send out campaigns at all if they don’t have time because they will always have time when they schedule the time they want their campaigns sent out through one of these third party scheduling software programs which they can do through Bulkgate or Drip’s website interface or mobile app interface. Also, if users miss sending out their campaigns at the scheduled time then they will get reminders about this through the third party scheduling software programs which will remind them that they missed sending out their campaigns at the scheduled time so they can reschedule sending out their campaigns at another time during the day or week or month or year depending on how frequently they schedule sending out their campaigns through these third party scheduling software programs.
