Integration of Braintree and Storenvy

As of late, the use of technologies such as PayPal, Google Wallet, and other similar payment companies has become more popular. This popularity is due to the fact that they are convenient and easy to use, but at the same time, also very secure. In spite of this, there are still many people who have yet to experience these technologies because of the apprehension they feel when it comes to shopping online. These days, most people do not like to enter their financial information into websites unless they know it is safe to do so. This is one reason why Braintree is now a very popular payment processor.

Braintree was founded in 2007 by Bryan Johnson, a security and fraud expert. He got the idea for Braintree while working on a project with PayPal. In 2012, Braintree acquired Venmo, a mobile payment company so that they could work together more effectively in order to provide a wider range of services for their customers. These days, Braintree owns a number of different businesses that handle credit card and mobile payments. Braintree Solutions provides merchants with the technology and services they need to run their business more smoothly. Another business Braintree owns is called Solidus Labs which provides tools for merchants to create an e-commerce presence.

Despite being one of the most recent payment processors to be established, Braintree has grown to be one of the most reputable in today's world. Many popular online stores, such as Uber, Airbnb, Warby Parker and Salesforce have chosen Braintree to process all of their online transactions. Not only do they enjoy using Braintree because of how well it works and how secure it is, but also because of the excellent service it offers them.

While PayPal is a well-known company in the world of online payments, it does have some flaws that can make it difficult for merchants to use. One disadvantage is the fact that PayPal takes a larger percentage out of each transaction than other payment processors. Merchants are also not allowed to integrate PayPal into their website without paying a large fee, which is something many businesses would rather not do.

Instantly after its release, Storenvy experienced enormous success. Many people were drawn to the site because of its unique features. It allows sellers to create their own storefronts within the site and sell items directly from their website. This means that sellers can avoid having to create a whole new website just for selling items online and deal with the hassle of updating both websites at the same time. Of course, this convenience must come at a price because there are definitely some disadvantages that come along with using Storenvy.

One disadvantage of Storenvy is that it charges sellers a small fee every time someone buys one of their products from their website. Sellers cannot change this price because Storenvy has set it themselves. They also cannot change how much money they want to make off each individual sale. Sellers do have some control over the price of their items though, as Storenvy lets them choose whether or not they want to offer discounts through coupons and other special deals. Another disadvantage is the fact that if you want your items to appear on search engines while using Storenvy, you have to pay extra for advertising opportunities on the site.

It is clear that both Braintree and Storenvy each have their pros and cons. The question now lies in which one should be used? That is why I am writing this article; to analyze and compare both payment processors and determine which one is better suited for merchants in today's E-Commerce market.

A. Integration with Braintree's systemsBraintree currently provides merchants with two different ways of integrating with their system. Paypal Express Checkout and PayPal Standard Checkout. Paypal Express Checkout allows merchants to accept payments without having to redirect their customers away from their website at all. It allows merchants to keep control over their own website while still having easy access to all of the benefits that come along with using Braintree's systems. Paypal Standard Checkout allows merchants to choose whether or not they want to redirect their customers away from their website after they complete checkout or if they would rather keep their customers on their own website throughout the entire process. When using this option, customers will be redirected back to the merchant's website once they complete checkout. Both options allow merchants to use PayPal branding within their checkout process and both require that customers enter their credit card information into PayPal's servers before proceeding onto the merchant's website. This feature makes sure that every customer goes through a certain level of security screening before proceeding onto the merchant's website.

B. Integration with Storenvy's systemsMerchants who decide to use Storenvy must sign up for an account on the site in order to start selling products through it. Once they are signed up, they must then integrate their existing store with Storenvy by going into "Account Settings" and clicking on "Integrations". From there they can choose between four different options. Amazon Payments, Authorize.net, Balanced, and Cybersource. Each of these options provides merchants with a different level of integration between Storenvy and their existing store. For example, Amazon Payments only allows merchants to redirect customers who have already been redirected by Amazon Payments but not those who have come directly from the merchant's website. It also requires merchants to give up control over their store and use Amazon's templates for designs and layouts instead of using designs that they created themselves. While Amazon Payment's integration does not allow merchants to redirect incoming traffic from their website nor does it let them use their own templates for designs and layouts, Balanced does let them do both of these things. It also gives them access to features such as coupons and discounts which are not available when using Amazon Payments as an integration option. However, Balanced also charges sellers a fee each time one of their products is sold via Storenvy. This may cause concerns among sellers about how much money they will make off each individual sale since they will be losing money each time someone makes a purchase using Balanced integration option for Storenvy.

C. Benefits of integration with Braintree vs integration with StorenvyOne major benefit of integrating with Braintree is that merchants can accept payments from customers without having to pay any additional fees aside from those required by PayPal itself (which are usually quite low. This allows merchants more money per transaction as opposed to having to pay a higher percentage fee like they would when using PayPal itself. Another benefit is that when using Braintree's Paypal Express Checkout option, customers can access all of a merchant's products without having to leave the merchant's website while purchasing something from it first. The only thing consumers must do is enter in some basic information into PayPal's servers in order to proceed onto a merchant's website after making a payment in order to complete their purchase via PayPal Express Checkout option. An additional benefit is that when using Paypal Express Checkout with Braintree's services, merchants can even accept payments without having an existing store or web presence on the internet! Merchants can set up Paypal Express Checkout so that customers can pay them directly on their social media page or through an email address instead! Another benefit comes from using Braintree's Paypal Standard Checkout option as opposed to PayPal Standard Checkout option when integrating with your existing store or website. When using Braintree Standard Checkout option, merchants can customize everything about how customers go through checkout including what screens appear when payment information is entered into PayPal's server during processing as well as what screens appear when ordering is completed from your own website or store during checkout! Merchants can even use whatever templates they want for displays during checkout! All of these benefits can help increase sales by keeping customers happy during checkout while creating something unique for your business!However, integration with Storenvy is beneficial for sellers because it could potentially lead to more sales than if they integrated with another website such as Ebay or Etsy due to its large user base . Another major benefit is that unlike most other sites where sellers must pay fees each time someone buys one of their products, sellers do not have to pay any additional fees when someone makes a purchase via Storenvy integration as opposed to other websites which require sellers to pay fees each time someone buys one of their products through it .
