The Box and ShipStation integration allows you to easily import your products from Box into ShipStation. This includes the ability to import new products as well as updates on existing products.

These reimbursements are automatically posted back into your account in ShipStation.
• Avoid duplicate orders. With the integration, you can easily see what orders already exist in both Box and ShipStation before creating new ones. If there are any existing orders that are already part of either service then you can merge them together so that only one order number is created instead of two. Or if there are no existing orders you can simply create one directly in either service without worrying about creating duplicates. This prevents you from accidentally creating duplicate orders which can lead to confusion among your customers or frustration for yourself when you have to fplow up with customers regarding orders that were already shipped or canceled by them or you manually.
• Easily manage orders across sales channels. With the integration, you can easily switch between orders created in Box or Shopify by simply clicking on the appropriate tab in the Orders tab in ShipStation. This makes it easier for you to manage orders between both platforms without having to switch back and forth between accounts when working on orders for either platform during fulfillment processes or managing returns/refunds for example.
