Basin also sends specific information about new reservations directly into ReservationsPro via API so that guests can be contacted immediately before they arrive on property about property amenities or special events happening while they are staying at the property.
Housekeeping/Operations - ReservationsPro accepts incoming calls from guests while they are staying at property which can be routed directly through Basin if needed by housekeeping/operations teams on property. This feature enables guests to contact housekeeping directly while they are staying on property instead of having to contact the front desk who may not even know when the guest plans on checking out yet. This feature increases efficiency for both guests and housekeeping/operations teams because it eliminates miscommunication between them when guests call down for services that need to be completed while they are staying on property versus when they plan on checking out. It also eliminates unnecessary costs for cleaning services since guests do not have to call down anytime during their stay unless they absputely need something done immediately rather than waiting until it’s time to check out so housekeeping can come clean their room.
