JotForm

Jotform is an online top that allows users to create forms using fields that can be customized using drag and drop. It is a free service for up to 100 submissions per month and can be used for a variety of purposes such as cplecting contact information, gathering feedback, or even creating surveys. The forms created can be embedded into websites or be accessed via email.

Integration of Basecamp Classic and JotForm
