Integration of Basecamp Classic and Google Photos

In this article, I will compare Basecamp Classic and Google Photos. Both of these applications are cloud storage services. However, Google Photos is a lot more than just an online storage service. It is a great tool for managing and organizing digital pictures. It also recognizes faces in photos and can automatically organize them. Google Photos has some features that Basecamp Classic does not have. For example, Google Photos has the function to create photo albums, galleries, and slideshows out of your pictures. Also, you can share photos with people through Google Photos. You can even share live albums with people so they can see what you are doing right now and comment on it.

    What is Basecamp Classic?

Basecamp Classic is an application for project management and networking for small businesses. You can create projects, post updates, assign tasks, and communicate with other members of your team all on one platform. In addition, you can do many other things such as schedule meetings, chat with people, share files, etc. You can also save your progress on projects. You can even create projects for free. The only thing that you need to pay for is if you want to use the advanced features of Basecamp Classic. Basecamp Classic is free if you have less than ten members in a project. However, if you want to add more members to a project or use the advanced features, you will need to pay for it. If you have used Basecamp Classic for a while and decide that you no longer want to use it, then you don't have to delete your account. You can simply downgrade it.

    What is Google Photos?

Google Photos is a cloud storage service created by Google Inc. (2016. You can upload your pictures to Google Photos and they will be stored there forever. You can access your Google Photos from anywhere because it is a web-based application. There is an app available for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets too. At the moment, the limit for the amount of free storage space provided by Google Photos is 15GB total. There are a couple of ways to get more space if you need it. 1. If you turn on the option to back up your pictures on your mobile device, then all of your pictures from your phone will be uploaded to Google Photos and counted as part of your 15GB storage space. 2. If you purchase Pixel, Nexus, or Android One devices, then you will receive unlimited free storage space on Google Photos. 3. After uploading your pictures to Google Photos, the application automatically creates albums of the pictures based on the date they were taken. For example, if you take a lot of pictures of your dog on July 4th, then there will be a picture album named "July 4th" with all of those pictures in it. You can click on any album and see all the pictures in that album.  Google Photos also automatically organizes photos in picture albums based on what's in them. For example, if there are a lot of pictures of your dog in an album named "July 4th," then Google Photos will organize them into an album named "dogs."  Google Photos has facial recognition capabilities so it knows which person is in which picture and can organize them accordingly. In addition, you can search for pictures based on their contents or who's in them.

Integration of Basecamp Classic and Google Photos

In order to compare Basecamp Classic and Google Photos more thoroughly, I created a project in each one using identical features. For my project, I used Basecamp Classic to make a list of my life goals and strategies for achieving them as well as what motivates me to achieve them (Bogdanovics, 2017. This project was completed over several weeks during which time I made multiple updates and communication posts (such as comments. related to my project (Bogdanovics, 2017. In addition to this project, I added another project using Google Docs and shared it with my friend who used it to make a list of his own life goals and strategies for achieving them (Bogdanovics, 2017. He also used Google Docs to write other articles and research papers throughout this particular school year (Bogdanovics, 2017. I successfully used the two platforms as replacements for each other because they have very similar features. They both are cloud storage services with apps for Android devices and iPhones that allow users to access their data anywhere (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; Google Creative Lab Team, 2016. They both allow users to create projects where users can post updates, communicate with other members of their teams, etc (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; Google Creative Lab Team, 2016. They also allow users to save their progress on their projects (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; Google Creative Lab Team, 2016.A few days ago my friend tried to open his document on Google Docs but he couldn't because he had lost his login information (Bogdanovics, 2017. When he tried to recover his password using the "Forgot Password" option on his Google Account page he received an error message saying that his recovery email address was invalid (Bogdanovics, 2017. This meant that he would not be able to recover his password and access his documents without the help of someone else (Bogdanovics, 2017. Because my friend uses my Gmail account for his recovery email address I was able to recover his password and give him access again (Bogdanovics, 2017. We both tried accessing our documents from each other's accounts and we were successful at doing so (Bogdanovics, 2017.Basecamp Classic has a feature called Projects that allows users to create multiple projects at once (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. This feature is very useful because it allows users to manage multiple projects at once without having to switch between different tabs or windows constantly (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. Furthermore, Basecamp Classic has an additional feature called Workspaces that allows users to congregate various projects into groups (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. The Workspaces feature is like the Projects feature except that workspaces are more flexible because there is no limit to how many projects can be assigned to them (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. Basecamp Classic also has an additional feature called Channels that allows users to create lists of individual tasks organized into personal boards or shared boards (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008.  These three features (Projects/Workspaces/Channels. work together effectively because they allow users organize their projects into lists of tasks that they can access easily through a single tab or window (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. The user interface that Basecamp Classic displays on a computer screen is similar to the interface that Google Photos displays on mobile devices so it was very easy for me to find my way around both applications (37signals Inc., 2008; Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016. Also both applications have interfaces that are simple enough that users do not need instructions before using them (37signals Inc., 2008; Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016.Basecamp Classic has a feature called Calendar that allows users to plan out their daily schedule by adding events onto a calendar (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. Users can assign tasks a date based deadline so they know exactly when they need to complete them by (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. I never used this feature because I am bad at planning out my schedule weeks ahead of time so usually I am surprised by everything that happens during the day and week (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. However my friend always uses this feature because he loves scheduling out his day every morning before going to school so he knows exactly what he needs to do every hour of the day before it starts (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008.Basecamp Classic has a feature called Campfire that allows users to communicate with other members of their team through live online chatting sessions (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37signals Inc., 2008. These conversations become visible by all members of the team so everyone can see what everyone else is saying in real time (Hassanpour & Bhatti, 2016; 37sign
