He/she can click on this link to access the activity in Deskpro. The person can also create a task directly from Basecamp 2 and send it as a message in Deskpro. If a person creates a new task in Basecamp 2, this task will automatically appear as a message in Deskpro and vice versa. The tasks created in either application will show up as one another’s tasks.
