Integration of BambooHR and Sympla

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the integration between BambooHR and Sympla, and to evaluate how it has positively impacted both companies. The two companies provide the same services, which is a good thing, because it means that a customer can use both platforms without having to worry about conflicting software.
