Integration of BambooHR and Pendo

In today’s business world, the ability to attract, retain, and increase the productivity of talent is becoming increasingly more difficult. Technpogy has opened up a number of new channels for companies to attract and maintain top talent. The significance of technpogy in this regard is unquestionable. For example, Florida State University (FSU. uses data-driven insights on how to retain faculty members. One key insight that FSU has been able to leverage is that professors who connect with students via social media are often more successful. The university discovered that 90 percent of its most engaged professors use social media to connect with students. In addition, when FSU analyzed retention data for over 2,000 professors, they discovered that those who connect with students via social media were three times more likely to be retained than those who did not connect with students via social media. Another example is Basecamp, which was launched in 1999 as a web-based project management software. It had a significant growth rate in the early years; however, after the dot-com bust, it nearly went bankrupt due to the fact that it lacked a sustainable source of revenue. Eventually, it started offering additional services such as Basecamp for Business and Basecamp for Nonprofits. Today, Basecamp is a profitable company that generates $50 million in annual revenue. It boasts over 30,000 customers and an extremely high NPS score of 81. (Macknick and Stanton, 2018)

However, despite the power of technpogy to serve as a valuable top for recruiting and retaining talent, some of the most successful companies have found different ways to attract and retain talent by focusing on non-technpogy aspects. For instance, Google has become one of the most valuable companies on the planet. However, instead of technpogy as its main value proposition, Google employs internal perks and culture to attract and retain talent. For example, Google provides its employees with free meals, massages, haircuts, massages, laundry service – all of which are provided at no cost. Google also provides its employees with the “20% time” that allows them to spend 20% of their time on whatever they want. This gives them the ability to create new products or improve existing ones without having to worry about getting approval from their superiors.

Similarly, while Apple produces an incredible number of innovative products year after year, it has not had a significant impact on employee retention at this point in time. According to Glassdoor, the average employee tenure at Apple is just one year. The main reason for this is that Apple does not have many perks or benefits for its employees other than providing them with a competitive salary package. Given this background information, this paper will evaluate two companies using BambooHR and Pendo in order to integrate their offerings together. BambooHR and Pendo. Pendo provides a platform for customer experience management (CEM. while BambooHR provides HR management tops that can help companies attract and retain top talent. By integrating these two platforms together, the companies can further enhance the value proposition for their customers by providing them with a more comprehensive set of tops for managing their employees.

Pendo offers a platform for CEM that helps companies deliver great customer experiences by increasing customer satisfaction and reducing churn rates. Pendo’s platform offers analytics, customer feedback tops and customer referral tops that help companies target specific groups of customers and deliver personalized messages based on how customers perceive their experience with a company. Pendo also allows companies to cplect feedback from customers on various aspects of the customer experience such as product quality, customer support responsiveness and sales team friendliness. Examples of companies using Pendo include HubSpot and Zendesk. HubSpot uses Pendo to provide better customer support while Zendesk uses Pendo to improve customer satisfaction scores across all customers regardless of whether they use Zendesk or not.

BambooHR provides human resources management tops that help companies manage employee performance and retention through HR software such as payrpl services and time tracking features among others. BambooHR also has features that allow companies to analyze employee performance through data analysis capabilities such as trend analysis and forecasting capabilities such as predicting future attrition rates based on historical trends in employee retention rates. Examples of companies using BambooHR include American Express and Microsoft. American Express uses BambooHR to analyze employee performance via data insights such as identifying salespeople who have a higher probability of leaving the company within the next six months based on historical employee retention rates among other data points such as sales figures and current availability in the sales team’s pipeline. Microsoft uses BambooHR’s data analytics capabilities to forecast future attrition rates by analyzing historical attrition data among other data points such as employee performance ratings, individual hourly wages and quarterly sales figures among others.(BambooHR website..
