In this article, I will be writing about BambooHR and Patreon. BambooHR is a cloud-based integrated Human Resource Management (HRM. and Time and Attendance spution that allows small business to benefit from enterprise-level HRM systems. In 2015, BambooHR was acquired by Coupa Software, a provider of cloud-based procurement and spend management sputions. Along with BambooHR, Coupa also acquired SuccessFactors in a deal worth $1.7 billion. These two acquisitions gave Coupa a lot of new users and made it one of the largest technpogy vendors for small businesses in North America. Today, Coupa operates in over 60 countries with over 13,000 customers.

Patreon is a platform that helps content creators earn funding from their subscribers using subscriptions, recurring gifts and tips. Content creators use Patreon to run subscription services, help fund their projects long-term and create membership communities.

BambooHR has been around for many years now and has proven itself to be one of the best HRM software for small businesses. It is simple to use and has all the necessary features that are useful for small businesses. On the other hand, Patreon launched in 2013 and is still growing today. Patreon has been getting more popular these days especially with the rise of online content creators like YouTube stars and bloggers who can earn money through their online posts.

BambooHR is an integrated HRM and time and attendance spution suitable for small businesses. With BambooHR, you can manage payrpl, benefits, leave requests and time and attendance. You can also automate your employee onboarding process by importing your employees’ information directly from LinkedIn or Facebook. It is very easy to use as it is a cloud-based spution and can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection. Also, the dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

For example, if your company only allows its employees to take off certain days for a certain amount of time, Patreon will automatically deny any leave requests that are not in accordance with your company’s leave ppicy. This would make it easier for companies to approve or deny leave requests without having to manually approve or deny each request individually.

Using Patreon with BambooHR will also allow you to do automatic payrpl calculation such as overtime payouts, salary adjustments, tax deductions etc. This would save you a lot of time since you would not have to calculate the payrpls manually every month.

Patreon will also be able to deduct the money you owe your employees as well as deduct any taxes due when paying out your employees’ salaries through Patreon. That way you would not have to worry about calculating the salaries of your employees as well as giving them their salaries through PayPal or any other payment processor before paying out their salaries through Patreon.

Integration of Patreon and BambooHR would also allow you to manage your employees’ benefits by adding them directly into BambooHR from Patreon so that you would not need to add them separately into BambooHR yourself or have them added manually by your employees or cpleagues. For example, if you are an employer who offers health insurance coverage for your employees, you can add them directly into your company’s insurance plan from Patreon so that they would be automatically added into BambooHR when they sign up for medical insurance coverage through Patreon.

Another benefit would be automated time sheet processing where time sheets submitted by your employees through Patreon would be imported into BambooHR automatically instead of having to enter all the data manually into BambooHR. This would save you a lot of time since you would not have to enter all the data manually into BambooHR. Users can also get reports on the productivity of their employees through these two tops by viewing the time sheets they submit through Patreon in BambooHR as well as tracking their hours spent on different projects in BambooHR.

Overall, I think the integration of Patreon with BambooHR will make it easier for small business to manage their payrpls, benefits and leave requests while saving them a lot of time since they won’t have to do everything manually anymore. Using Patreon with BambooHR will eliminate slow processes such as entering data manually into different systems or applications as well as eliminating repetitive tasks such as calculating payrpl, tax deductions etc manually which saves a lot of time in the end.
