Integration of BambooHR and Office 365

BambooHR

BambooHR is a Human Resources management system, which can be integrated with Office 365. BambooHR offers several sputions for Human resources departments, such as. hiring and onboarding, time and attendance system, applicant tracking systems, and much more. The system is available in three plans. Basic, Premium, and Enterprise. Each of these plans has different pricing and features.

Office 365

Office 365 is an application suite that comes with several applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, and much more. These applications can be used on multiple devices. The cost of the software has three plans. Business Essentials, Business Premium, and Enterprise E3. These plans have different features, prices and licensing models. For example, Office 365 Business Essentials includes 5 licenses each of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. On the other hand, Office 365 Enterprise E3 includes unlimited licenses of those applications.

Integration of BambooHR and Office 365

The integration of BambooHR and Office 365 is done by using the add-in for Microsoft Outlook. To integrate BambooHR and Office 365, you need to do the fplowing steps:

Sign up for a BambooHR account if you don’t have one. You can sign up for a free trial account or use your employer’s BambooHR account. Install the add-in for Microsoft Outlook. After installing the add-in for Outlook, you will see it in the ribbon bar at the top of your screen. Click “Add New Connector.” Enter your email address from your BambooHR account and click “Sign In”. Choose whether you will use an existing Outlook Group or create a new one. If you choose to create a new group, then fplow these steps. Acknowledge the security warning by clicking “Yes.” Select the group that you want to use. When you are done, click “Next”. Select the BambooHR option that you want to use when sending email messages with your Outlook Group. For example, you can choose to send email messages as tasks or contacts in BambooHR. Do this by clicking on the appropriate option that you want to use. Then click “Next”. Submit an invitation to your BambooHR account to verify your email address. You will receive an email from your BambooHR account with a confirmation link in it. Click that link to confirm your email address. Click “Finish” to complete the setup of your Outlook Group connection to BambooHR. Add a contact to your Outlook Group by entering their email address into the search box at the top of your screen. Then click the “Add Contacts” button. By default, all the contacts in your Outlook Group will appear under “Contacts” in the ribbon bar at the top of your screen. As you add more contacts in your Outlook Group, they will also appear here under “Contacts” in the ribbon bar at the top of your screen.

1- Workflow Automation

The integration of BambooHR and Outlook allows users to automate email workflows through BambooHR without leaving their inboxes. This integration also allows users to see availability information for their co-workers at all times directly from their calendars in Outlook without needing to change between applications or programs (this works just like Google Calendar. Users can also set their availability automatically by syncing it with their mobile phones through Exchange ActiveSync (EAS. support in BambooHR (this works just like Google Calendar. Users can also share their calendar information with others via email (users can do this by creating an email message in Outlook, right-clicking on it, choosing “Open Calendar” in the menu that appears when you right-click on it, and then choosing which calendar that they want to share with others. In addition to this, users can create custom views based on personal meeting preferences by adding details such as time zone or day of week; send meeting invitations via email; and distribute meeting requests to groups and individuals outside their organization (users can do this by selecting specific recipients from their address book. Also, users can easily manage meetings created via email through their calendars in BambooHR (users can set a start date/time; set an end date/time; change a meeting location; change a meeting status (i.e., private); change attendees; change attachments; and edit meeting notes. With this integration, users can also create shared calendars directly from Outlook by creating a new shared calendar (this works just like Google Calendar. As mentioned earlier, users can also select a shared calendar while creating another shared calendar (this works just like Google Calendar.
