Zoho Sheet is a cloud software spution provided by Zoho Corporation, it's used to maintain records of customers and their inventory data. In this part, I will explain the integration of Autotask and Zoho Sheet in detail. Autotask will be integrated with Zoho sheet through API calls from Autotask to Zoho Sheet. Salesforce is an online customer relationship management (CRM. platform that runs on the Sales Cloud, a component of the Salesforce1 Platform. It was launched on March 13, 2007. Salesforce users can access its features using various clients including web, desktop, mobile, and third-party applications.[2][3] Furthermore, for the year ended January 31, 2015, salesforce.com announced revenues of US$1.80 billion, up 8% year over year.

Zoho Sheet is a cloud based sheet application offered by Zoho Corporation. It allows users to upload spreadsheets and organize them into a single location, where they can edit them cplaboratively with multiple users simultaneously. Team members can also add comments to cells, highlight cells or rows, and share documents with other users.[4] Furthermore, Zoho sheets has released a new feature called "Office 365" for connecting to Microsoft Office 365. Users can now directly connect to their Office 365 account and access email, contacts, calendars and documents from within Zoho sheets.
