Autotask is a Windows-based, web-hosted, application that enables business to manage their employees, customers and accounts. It is available as a SaaS spution and can be used from any computer. It is an inventory management software that allows users to execute activities such as tracking new orders, creating sales orders and managing warranty registrations. In Autotask, users can create quotes, proposals, checks and invoices.

Office 365 is an online version of Microsoft’s applications. It provides users with tops to work on documents and communicate effectively with their coworkers. Users can access their data from any device that has an internet connection. It gives them access to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Skype. It also offers Microsoft OneDrive for Business cloud storage.

It is evident that Autotask and Office 365 are compatible with one another because both have the same functionality. That being said, there are many benefits of integrating Autotask with Office 365. First, these applications are compatible with each other, so when an order is placed in Autotask, it can easily be converted into a quote in Office 365 by the sales person working on the account. This saves time for the user and reduces errors due to manually copying information between applications. Second, Autotask can be connected to the CRM module of Office 365 which allows the sales person to see the customer’s contact details on his or her screen which makes it easy for him to call the customer. The CRM module automatically pulls in the customer’s information including phone number and address which makes calling customers easier than ever before. This also saves time for the sales person as they do not have to go back into their Autotask account to get this information before calling the customer. Finally, they can use Outlook to send emails to clients directly from Autotask which saves them time as they do not have to open up Autotask to send emails to clients. They can also sync their contacts when they add a new customer in Autotask which makes calling the customer easier since they do not have to look up their phone numbers again or send them emails from Outlook. This also speeds up the process of adding a new client in Autotask as well as its integration with Office 365 as all of the information needed is already on one screen without having to look everywhere for it.
