Integration of Autotask and awork

The integration of Autotask and awork allows the user to receive a work order from a customer via a workflow. The workflow can be initiated by an email or a notification from a customer request. The customer can send a request for work order directly from the website, and the request will be processed in Autotask. The customer can also call in and speak with a representative, who can then create a work order for the caller.

Autotask is a CRM system that allows users to manage their workflow and tasks from one location. The CRM system allows users to create a client base in a database, in which they can store clients’ information, such as name, address, phone numbers, etc. The CRM system also takes care of the contact list, scheduling appointments and managing appointments. It is equipped with a customer portal where clients can retrieve their data in real time. The portal allows customers to make changes to their data directly. If the client needs to schedule an appointment, they can do so through the client portal.

awork is an IT service management (ITSM. spution. It helps customers to manage their IT business efficiently. The spution is made up of three components. Service Desk, Incident Management and Problem Management; these components are interconnected. Service Desk is where clients enter requests for IT services; Incident Management deals with outages, incidents and problems; Problem Management deals with root cause analysis of problems that occur often. Once created, incidents are categorized into different types of incidents. These incidents are then assigned to different people depending on their skill set. There are predefined rules on how incidents are prioritized depending on its type. When an incident is received, it can be assigned to different teams or individuals depending on its type and the availability of the staff on the team. For example, if the incident invpves some coding, then it will be handled by the coding team; if it invpves some hardware related issues, then it will be handled by the team that specializes in hardware issues. Once assigned to a team or an individual, that person or team would then handle the incident based on the rules that were established earlier on.

The integration of Autotask and awork allows users to link with clients through Service Desk. A customer can request for work orders directly from Autotask. This helps users to communicate with customers through Service Desk, which is part of awork’s ITSM suite. Users are able to access both systems from one place using this integration. By integrating Autotask into awork’s ITSM suite, users are able to manage their workflow, tasks and contact lists more efficiently because everything is now in one place. The integration makes it easier for users to manage their workflow and tasks because it is all being done from one location.
