However, Xero does not focus only on business owners but also on accountants because for them, Xero has a special package created for them called Xero Pro. This package allows them to have access to Xero’s accounting tops but they still have to pay a monthly fee of $149 per month (or $1,495 per year. There are 3 tiers of Xero Pro. Basic, Standard and Premium. The basic tier costs $149 per month and it’s for those accountants who need an easy-to-use cloud accounting spution that manages cash flow, accounts receivables and basic bank reconciliation. The standard tier costs $199 per month and it’s for those accountants who need a flexible accounting spution with some additional features like advanced reporting capabilities and multiple currency support. The premium tier costs $249 per month and it’s for those accountants who need a very flexible accounting spution with professional-level features like multi-company support, full audit trail for compliance purposes and advanced expense tracking functionality. Asana and Xero can be integrated because they are similar to each other. Both of them are cloud based applications that offer products that are helpful to small businesses, freelancers or accountants with their finances. The costumers of these two companies can communicate with each other using one application so they can be assured that they will stay updated with everything that happens inside the companies of these two companies. With this integration both companies can reach new customers due to the fact that every time one of their customers talks with another customer of these two companies they will be able to promote their companies as well.

The benefits of integrating Asana and Xero are:

Invoicing. A lot of companies prefer to receive invoices in PDF format because this format is easier for them to save the files or print them out if needed. However, if the invoices come from both Asana and Xero in this format then it will be easier for the companies to integrate these invoices into their own systems.

Shared documents. If both companies create shared documents then the customers will be able to view these documents from anywhere on any device they want because they will be stored on the cloud servers of these two companies. Because of this, customers won’t have to worry about saving the documents while they are using them because they will be saved automatically on the cloud servers of these two companies so they can view them later if needed.

Message board. If both companies implement a message board then their customers will be able to discuss about their projects in this board so that when something happens their customers will know immediately what happened or what should happen next.

Asana and Xero can benefit from integrating their products because this way both companies will reach new customers and make easier for the current customers to use their products.
