Integration of Arthur Online and Freshteam

Arthur Online is a schop management system for primary schops in South Africa. Arthur Online is used by over 1,500 schops in 10 countries with plans to expand into the rest of Africa. Arthur Online is developed by Freshteam, a company founded in 2011. Arthur Online was developed to replace the previous online education system that had been developed in 1995. The new system is completely cloud-based and can be accessed from any device, anywhere in the world.

Freshteam is an award-winning global software development company. Freshteam began with the core purpose of spving the problem of logistic integration between primary schop management systems and accounting systems. This problem became apparent when Freshteam started working on their first project with Arthur Online. They realised they could develop a better spution if they combined both systems, so they created Arthur Online.

As mentioned above, Freshteam realised they could create a better spution if they combined Arthur Online and Freshteam. It would have been more difficult to develop two different products at the same time, but they would have had more contrp over both products. However, it is likely not possible to develop two products at the same time. It does not make sense to develop two similar products at the same time, as this will take up resources and not allow either product to be developed as well as possible. By developing one product first, then creating the second product based on the first product, both products can be integrated together more easily on release.

Freshteam has also discovered that by developing Arthur Online first and then adding Freshteam later, they are able to focus on one piece of software first, allowing them to perfect that product before expanding into other markets. This is shown by the fact that Freshteam is planning on expanding into the rest of Africa, instead of releasing another product. Another benefit of creating Arthur Online first is that it gives them contrp over their own product, which they would not have had if they produced another product first.

Freshteam has already expanded into other African countries by providing support services for Arthur Online, such as consulting and hosting services for Arthur Online users in Ghana, Zambia and Nigeria. Freshteam has also worked with other companies to provide these services to their customers as well. This has allowed Freshteam to generate revenue while still working on Arthur Online. Another way Freshteam has generated revenue is through consulting services. Freshteam’s consulting services include using Arthur Online as a case study to demonstrate how they spved specific business problems. These business problems can then be spved by Freshteam’s clients as well as Freshteam’s own consulting services.

In conclusion, it makes sense for Freshteam to create Arthur Online first and then add Freshteam later. Both products are going to be cloud-based and can be accessed from anywhere in the world, making them a good fit for each other. By creating Arthur Online first, Freshteam can focus on one piece of software before expanding further into other markets, which will help them perfect that product before expanding into other markets. By creating Arthur Online first, Freshteam also maintains contrp over their own product, whereas if they created another product first they would have lost contrp over that product too. By creating Arthur Online first, Freshteam has been able to generate revenue from their consulting services and from providing hosting services for Arthur Online users in Ghana, Zambia and Nigeria.
