Create a new chatbot using Appy Pie Chatbot. To implement the quiz builder, access the plugin page from Appy Pie Chatbot and install WordPress Quiz Maker plugin. In WordPress Quiz Maker, go to Settings > Hooks and create a new hook there. In the Post Hooks field, enter https://[YOUR-CHATBOT-DOMAIN]/wp-json/wp/v2/quiz and select the Add New Hook button. In the next screen, click on the Test Hook button. It will notify if the hook is successful or not. Now go back to the main screen and edit an existing quiz. On this page, go to Advanced Options and select the checkbox for “Use quiz app as quiz”. Then go to Advanced Options > Type of quiz and select “Built-in quiz”. Now go to Appearance > Widgets and create a new widget on your sidebar. In the widget settings, change the Title field to “Quiz (built-in)” and then enter http://[YOUR-CHATBOT-DOMAIN]/wp-json/wp/v2/quiz into the URL field. Click on the Save button and then click on the Save Changes button to save all changes. Go to your chatbot and start a conversation with it. When ready, select the Ask a question option. Enter an input message like “How many people use Appy Pie Chatbot?” and click on the Start conversation button. This will launch a chat conversation with your chatbot where you can ask any question related to Appy Pie Chatbot. Your chatbot will respond with an answer to your query. Now, go back to WordPress Quiz Maker. To test your newly integrated quiz you have created, go to Appearance > Widgets and click on the Refresh button. Now you should see a new widget on your sidebar containing your recently created quiz. Click on the Launch quiz button there to start testing. Enter an input message like “How many people use Appy Pie Chatbot?” into the quiz builder chat box here. You should see that your question has been added into the builder chat box automatically now.
