Apptivo has an integration with LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms that allows you to create lead generation forms through the Apptivo app. These forms will be created within the Apptivo dashboard and can be shared with other users. This article will explain how to integrate the two tops and will also show you how to use the two together to generate leads. Let’s dive in!

Step 1. Add a Form from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

In order to integrate the two platforms, you need to add a form from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to Apptivo. In the Sales section of the Apptivo dashboard, click on Lead Tops at the bottom of the sidebar. Click on Leads from LinkedIn. Click Get Started. Click Get Started Now. Click Yes, I have a form ID. Click Connect to LinkedIn. Click Continue. Enter the form ID and click Next. Click Save & Close.

In order to create a new form for a prospect from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, you need to create a new form in Apptivo for this prospect. In the Sales section of the Apptivo dashboard, click on Leads. Click on New Leads > Add New Lead > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Select Source Type > Click on LinkedIn Lead Gen Form as the source type. Click Next. Click Save & Close.

Click on Next under Personal Details. Click on Create a new form and then click on Create and edit form template and enter a title and description and then click on Next once you are done. Click on Create and edit form template and select Use an existing form template and select the one you just created earlier and click on Next once you are done. Click on Next under Company Info and enter the company details and then click on Next once you are done. Click on Save & Close once you are done creating the form. Copy the unique ID for this lead by clicking on Actions > Show ID. This is the ID that you will use later in LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms when you want to update the information for this lead who has already submitted his or her information through your form in Apptivo.

There is no integration between Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms so in order to target your prospect’s Facebook account, you need to configure your targeting in Apptivo so that it can pass it along when it creates an ad in Facebook Lead Ads for this prospect. In the Sales section of the Apptivo dashboard, click on Campaigns, which is located at the top of the page under Marketing Tops. Click on New Campaigns. Enter a title for your campaign and then click on Create New Campaign in Facebook Ad Builder. Under Start Your Campaign Wizard, click Continue. Under Target Audience, click on Custom Audience under Interests & Behaviors and then select Create New Audience in Edit Audience Settings or Create New Audience in Edit Audience Settings if you need to create a new custom audience using contact data that was not used previously in Facebook ads targeting set up in your account or you are creating new custom audiences specifically for LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms. Enter a name for your audience here and then click Next once you are done. Under Data Sources, select Data Sources under Contact Information where you can select Facebook Accounts or Email Addresses or both depending on what sources of data you would like to use to target your prospects who have already submitted their information through your form in Apptivo. Then select the data sources you would like to use here, which will allow you to target your prospects based on their Facebook account or their email address or even contact data that was not used previously in Facebook ads targeting set up in your account or you are creating new custom audiences specifically for LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms based on their email addresses or their contact data that was not used previously in Facebook ads targeting set up in your account or you are creating new custom audiences specifically for LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms or both if you wish to do so, but if any of these sources of your data contain duplicate contacts between them, make sure that there are no duplicates otherwise it might cause issues with targeting some of your prospects through these sources of data while excluding others based on their email addresses or contact data that was not used previously in Facebook ads targeting set up in your account or you are creating new custom audiences specifically for LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms or both if you wish to do so or none at all if you don’t want to target any of your prospects through these sources of data while excluding others based on their email addresses or contact data that was not used previously in Facebook ads targeting set up in your account or you are creating new custom audiences specifically for LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms or both if you wish to do so or none at all if you don’t want to target any of your prospects through these sources of data while excluding others based on their email addresses or contact data that was not used previously in Facebook ads targeting set up in your account or you are creating new custom audiences specifically for LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms or both if you wish to do so; select Create Audience if you want to create a new custom audience using contact data that was not used previously in Facebook ads targeting set up in your account or you are creating new custom audiences specifically for LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms; and then select Done when you are done selecting your data sources; and then select Next once you are done; and then select Next again; and then select Save & Close when you are done configuring Facebook ad targeting through Apptivo; and then select Next under Name Your Audience under Target Audience; and then select Create New Audience under Custom Audiences if this audience doesn’t already exist from previous campaigns from Facebook ad targeting from Apptivo; and then select Done when you are done creating a new custom audience specific for Facebook ad targeting through Apptivo; and then select Done once again under Target Audience; and then select Next under Interests & Behaviors under Target Audience; and then select Customer File Data under Interests & Behaviors where you can upload a CSV file with customer data that contains names, emails, phone numbers, etc.; and then click Create Customer File Data if this file doesn’t already exist from previous campaigns from Facebook ad targeting from Apptivo; and then select Done when you are done creating a new Customer File Data specific for Facebook ad targeting through Apptivo; and then select Done again under Interests & Behaviors under Target Audience; and then select Behavioral Data under Interests & Behaviors where you can upload a CSV file with behavioral data that contains website visits, app installs/uninstalls/downloads, etc.; and then click Create Behavioral Data if this file doesn’t already exist from previous campaigns from Facebook ad targeting from Apptivo; and then select Done when you are done creating a new Behavioral Data specific for Facebook ad targeting through Apptivo; and then select Done again under Interests & Behaviors under Target Audience; enter Interests & Behaviors where you can upload another CSV file with more behavioral data that contains website visits, app
