In this paper, I will outline the integration of Apptivo and Google Drive. Apptivo is a contact management software that helps in managing contact information, emails, tasks and calendar. Google Drive is an online storage and file editing service with up to 15GB of free storage space.
Apptivo is a cloud-based contact management software that helps in transferring contact information between applications, devices and platforms. It has a few unique features such as import/export of contacts from other applications, multiple backup options and email integration. It is available as a desktop application or a web application. Apptivo integrates with Google Drive to allow its users to create, edit and share files stored in Google Drive.
The integration of Apptivo and Google Drive allows Gmail users to access their Google Drive account via the application. It also allows them to sync the Google Drive fpder on the local hard drive. Saving a file from another application into the Google Drive fpder on the hard drive automatically creates a copy of the file in the Google Drive cloud storage. The Apptivo web application can be used for accessing both locally stored files as well as files in the Google Drive cloud storage.
The integration of Apptivo with Google Drive gives its users the benefit of having a single point of reference for all their contacts and files. They can add contacts saved in Apptivo to any mail client or groupware program by copying them to the Google Drive fpder and then importing them into the mail client or groupware program.
