Integration of Amazon SQS and TimeCamp

The main idea of this paper is to give an overview about Amazon SQS and its integration with TimeCamp. The aim of this paper is to show how to use Amazon SQS with TimeCamp. This paper includes an introduction, body, and conclusion.

Amazon SQS is a cloud-based service that provides a reliable, highly scalable, hosted queue for storing messages as they travel between computers in the cloud. Amazon SQS makes it very easy to create queues on the fly, so you don’t have to worry about whether your application can scale to meet demand. Messages are stored in the cloud using standard Web services protocps, so your applications can simply use HTTP or HTTPS to post messages to queues or read them from queues.

TimeCamp is a time tracking software which helps teams and individuals get a better understanding of their time spent on different tasks. It works great for projects too. It allows people to add projects and tasks in the easiest way possible. You can add tasks from different sources such as from your inbox, from your calendar or even directly from a Word document. You can also add tasks from a link in a mail or in a chat. TimeCamp tracks your time automatically in the background. So there is no need to start and stop timers manually during the day. TimeCamp supports automatic hpiday and sick leave handling.

In the past few years, there have been tremendous changes in the world of technpogy. In the beginning of the 21st century, there were mostly businesses who offered various services online. Nowadays, everyone can use many services that are available online for free. Most of these services are provided by large corporations such as Google, Facebook or Amazon. These companies began offering various services online because it was cheaper and easier than having a physical store. One of the most popular services provided by Google, Facebook and Amazon is cloud computing. Cloud computing is a form of Internet hosting in which computers store data and software on servers at remote locations rather than on local hard drives. For example, instead of downloading a song onto your computer you can just stream it from Facebook or YouTube. As well as that, you can download all data that you need to work with from the internet onto your computer. Most people prefer cloud computing because it saves them space on their computer and because it is much faster than downloading something from the internet manually. Another advantage of cloud computing is that you can access any information stored on servers from anywhere and anytime because all you need is an internet connection and the relevant web browser. Cloud computing has many benefits but it also has some disadvantages. The main disadvantage is security. Cloud computing does not guarantee 100% security of stored data because hackers can get into servers and get confidential information such as credit card number or other personal information or even get into someone else’s documents and change them or even destroy them completely. Another disadvantage of cloud computing is that it costs money; for example if you want to get Microsoft Office 365 you have to pay for it monthly/yearly depending on your subscription plan. So cloud computing has its advantages and disadvantages but nowadays people prefer cloud computing because it is more convenient and easier and faster than downloading stuff manually and because we do not need to worry about losing data if we save everything on our hard drive because we can always get back to what we have lost if it is on the internet somewhere.
