I will not go into too much detail about the two systems since I am supposed to be writing about them. SNS stands for Simple Notification Service and is a part of Amazon’s cloud computing service that makes it easy to create messaging applications using web services. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. Wealthbox is a hosted CRM system. The integration of the two allows users of Wealthbox to submit their leads through an Amazon SNS topic and automatically have those leads entered into the user’s CRM as a new contact. This saves the user time by eliminating the need to re-enter data.
