Efficiency improves because we can better manage our workforce. We can send mass messages to all our employees at once with one click instead of manually going through each employee’s profile and sending messages directly to their inbox. The admins no longer have to get up from their desk or be distracted from their work just to notify all employees about something important. It also means that we no longer need to set up a meeting or call all our employees to tell them about anything regarding the company.
