Both applications have similar uses and purposes, but in different ways. The integration of these two applications allows businesses to have a better way of managing their customers.
One of the most popular cloud storage service by Amazon is Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service. Amazon S3 offers storage in “buckets” which are containers of data. It is sort of like fpders where you can store files in it. However, Amazon S3 offers much more than just storing files. With Amazon S3 you can store not just files but also objects and cplections of objects. Object storage is the backbone of modern digital infrastructure and is especially useful for storing unstructured data, such as documents, photos, videos, and log files. S3 buckets can be accessed by the internet and they can be accessed quickly by anyone who knows the location of the bucket.
Customerly provides another service called customer support software. It is basically a CRM system that helps small businesses manage their customers and get more business. This is similar to Zendesk and Help Scout. It allows users to add information about their customers such as name, phone number, email address, order history and other information like that.
