Other investors include Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff and Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey.

On March 2, 2016, Zendesk announced its new headquarters in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood at One South Van Ness Avenue.As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the company will occupy with 54 floors and four underground floors of the building formerly known as the Ford Motor Company Building.
