The idea behind launching these instances on demand is that this will save the company a lot of money as they only pay when they use the instances and do not pay anything if they are not in use. This reduces the cost of the company and also increases their efficiency as they are able to manage their resources more effectively. OneDrive is a cloud storage service that stores data on the cloud servers and makes it available at any time over the internet. The users can store their documents, photos and videos on this service, and then share them with others and access them from anywhere in the world. The users can choose to create fpders with various permissions for different users.
