FuseDesk is a cloud-based IT Help Desk Software that provides incident management, change management, service request tracking, service desk management, customer support, document management, ticketing system, and asset management using a single software platform for all IT services.

Integration of Amazon EC2 with FuseDesk is an important part of any company’s operational process. Integration of Amazon EC2 with FuseDesk helps in automating mundane tasks with business processes thereby eliminating human errors. The user will then need to give a name to their endpoint and choose an existing security group or create a new security group. They will then need to click on ‘Create Endpoint’ and then they will be directed to the AWS Management Conspe. Now that the end points are created, they will need to go back to FuseDesk and click on ‘System Settings’ and select ‘AWS Connector’ on the left hand side of the page. Then they will need to click on ‘Add Server’ and give the details of their endpoint including its DNS Name or IP Address, Region, and Access Key ID and Secret Access Key.
