Also enter your credit card details if you have already created an account with another provider or you want to pay via paypal account then fill out your Paypal details on the next screen. After payment details are entered select checkbox agree with AWS terms of service then click Continue button on the next screen Enter your email address on the next screen, then click Sign Up button Enter password on next screen then click Continue button Now you need to validate your credit card details by filling out some details on the next screen Select I agree with AWS terms of service checkbox then click continue button.
