    :

Before discussing the integration of Amazon DynamoDB and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central let's first understand both of them individually.

Amazon DynamoDB was introduced on April 2011. It stores data as items and attributes in tables. It has primary and secondary indexes. Amazon DynamoDB provides a web service interface with HTTP and JSON-RPC request that can access its data items using GET and PUT methods. Amazon DynamoDB supports global secondary indexes, allowing you to query across multiple tables. It is cost effective compared to other NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Hbase and etc. it is very fast and scalable.

Amazon DynamoDB allows you to create read-only secondary indexes to speed up queries, minimize costs and improve application performance. You can also use Amazon DynamoDB Streams to get real-time notifications when data changes inside your tables. In this way, you can update your own tables or applications without making any code changes.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a Business Management top that allows you to manage all aspects of your business from one place. Every module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has its own add-on Integration with other software like ERP and Accounting softwares. Let's take a look at some of these Integrations:

    · Integration with ERP software like SAP

    · Integration with Accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage and Zoho Books

    · Integration with Salesforce CRM

    · Integration with Service Desk software like Salesforce Service Cloud

    · Integration with Project Service Automation for automating project tasks

    Integration with ERP Software (SAP)

By integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with ERP Software like SAP, you can share information between the two applications. This will make the work of your team easy as they will have access to the same information that is present in both the applications. Many times in an organization more than one person would be working on the same project at the same time. In such situations, if there is no integration between both the software then each team member will be working on the projects separately without knowing what the other team members are doing to complete the project. With integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP, you can have real-time information about the progress of the project that is being worked upon by your team members. This will allow them to work towards completing the project faster than before. By integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with SAP, your team members will have access to critical information which they will be using while working on different projects. This integration will also help your business as you won't need to hire many people separately for completing each task as all your employees will be working together to achieve the desired results of your business.

    Integration with ERP Software (QuickBooks)

By integrating Quickbooks along with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central you can import the financial data from Quickbooks into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for analysis and reporting purposes. This integration will help you easily analyze your business financials and provide accurate reports for effective decision making for future business projections. This integration will also help you make better decisions based on historical data related to your business operations instead of guessing what may happen in the future instead of analyzing the data related to last few years. This integration will also help you generate useful reports that can be shared with your team members so they can make well informed decisions based on the report data rather than depending on their own assumptions or opinions. Importing financial data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will also help you maintain up to date financial data unlike Quickbooks where the financial data remains unchanged if not updated regularly. With this integration you can import financial data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central whenever necessary or desired by your business rather than having to do it manually or on a monthly basis like Quickbooks does. For example; say you have hired a new employee but haven't taken his salary information in account yet while calculating profits for your business, then by importing financial data from Quickbooks into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central you can include this new employee's salary in your calculations immediately without having to wait for another month end. This way you can keep your information up to date thereby supporting better decision making by your employees about your business operations.
