Zoom, on the other hand, is a hosted web conferencing solution that enables you to start a meeting within a minute. Zoom offers video conferencing facilities for up to 100 attendees, as well as teleconferencing features such as desktop sharing, whiteboard, multiuser chat and recording.
As part of my work responsibilities, I was responsible for recommending a robust online meeting and collaboration platform to members of our team. We needed a platform that would enable interactive discussions between team members spread across three continents. After an evaluation of several options, we decided to go with Zoom due to its ease of use and availability of useful features.
