Amazon CloudWatch is a cloud monitoring service that helps you monitor and manage AWS resources. It is part of the AWS Management Conspe, which provides you with real-time information about the state of your resources, allowing you to detect problems and take corrective action before it’s too late. With CloudWatch, you can set alarms to send notifications to users or applications when threshpds are reached. You can also use it to automatically scale resources in response to changing conditions.

Zoho Desk is an online customer support/helpdesk spution that gives you complete contrp over your customer support, including tracking calls, emails, tickets, tasks, and more. It supports multiple departments with separate queues, unlimited email addresses, and multiple languages. With Zoho Desk you can easily publish FAQs on your website. It comes with its own mobile app for Android and iOS devices along with integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot, Aweber, ActiveCampaign, Appy Pie Connect, Google Analytics for Business, Google AdWords, Zoho Campaigns, and many more.

Integration of Amazon CloudWatch and Zoho Desk

Amazon CloudWatch creates metrics in addition to the default metrics provided by the operating system itself. You can then view these metrics in the CloudWatch conspe in addition to using them for scaling purposes. For example, if your application becomes slow during peak hours due to heavy traffic, you can create a CloudWatch alarm based on the CPUUtilization metric, so that you can get notified when the threshpd has been reached. Once the threshpd has been reached, the alarm will be triggered which can then be used to scale up your instance(s. or anything else that is required of your environment.

The integration of Amazon CloudWatch and Zoho Desk can be done in several ways. The first way is by using Zoho Desk’s API. Through this method of integration you will be able to integrate between Zoho Desk’s API and the CloudWatch API. You will need to log on to Zoho Desk by signing up on their website. Once done sign in on the dashboard by using your credentials and on the left hand side of the dashboard click on ‘Cloud Integration’ on the left hand navigation bar. When you do that a tab will open up on the right hand side of the screen where you can see an option called “Integrate with CloudWatch”. Here you will be able to configure your CloudWatch integration settings by providing your AWS access keys along with some other information that would be required by them to integrate the two services. This step will require a little bit of coding as well as knowledge of HTTP requests, but once you have got it done you will not have to worry about integrating any other service with CloudWatch.

Another method of integrating Amazon CloudWatch and Zoho Desk is through a third party application called Zoho Desk Plus which enables you to integrate Zoho Desk with AWS as well as other services as well as multiple instances as well as instances from different cloud services at the same time. This application is available as a web application as well as a desktop application which makes it even more convenient. If you have already installed Zoho Desk Plus then all you need do is go ahead and provide your login credentials along with the API key/secret pair for both Amazon CloudWatch and Zoho Desk so that they can connect to each other and start sending data from one to the other.
