Step 4. Set up a CloudWatch metric.

Set the Name, Label Type to Number of occurrences, and choose Descending for Sort order. Click Next Step.
Select Period(default. for Time period and choose 1 minute under Granularity. Click Next Step.
Choose your S3 bucket for Target value and select Sum as Aggregation type. Click Next Step.
Click Review to see the details of created metric. If no errors are shown, click Create Metric to create the metric.
